Title: “I Thought Too Loudly”
Form Attachment Reference: FORM PSY-CHECK-IMPLS
SITUATION OVERVIEW:
A citizen reports experiencing an internalized cognitive burst that may have manifested as auditory suspicion, surveillance paranoia, or mouth movement without speaking. This condition is known as LoudThought Syndrome and requires immediate self-mitigation.
TRIGGER CONDITIONS:
- Perception of others responding to your unspoken thoughts
- Attempting to “quiet your mind” and failing
- Being perceived as smug during silence
MANDATORY CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Secure Self: Relocate to a reflection-compatible surface. This may be a mirror, elevator door, or highly polished teammate.
- Initiate Cognitive Repetition Protocol (CRP-Delta): Repeat the phrase “Friend Computer values my internal silence” no fewer than 33 times.
- Document the Breach: Complete FORM PSY-CHECK-IMPLS and check the box marked “Volume Drift.” Then black it out. Then underline it.
- Simulate Obedience: Engage in a visibly mundane task for 8.5 minutes (e.g. folding paper, pretending to reboot).
- Report Anomaly Witnesses: Anyone who looked at you funny during your thought episode must be listed under Form SUSP-22B for loyalty screening.
